1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing Logicraft's website at https://logicraftf.biz or enrolling in any of our courses, you acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the platform or purchasing any course. These terms apply to all visitors, learners, and anyone else who accesses the site.

2. Eligibility

Logicraft courses are intended for individuals aged 18 and over. By enrolling, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. Minors may only participate with the direct supervision and consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will be considered the account holder.

There are no prior qualifications required to enroll in our foundational course. Intermediate and advanced tracks may have recommended prerequisites, which are described on each course page.

3. Course Enrollment

Enrollment is complete once full payment has been received and confirmed. Upon successful enrollment, you will receive access instructions via the email address used during registration.

Logicraft currently offers three courses:

• Foundations of AI Development ฿4,250
• Applied Model Building ฿6,970
• Capstone & Mentorship Track ฿11,390

Enrollment grants you personal, non-transferable access to the enrolled course only. Access cannot be shared with other individuals.

4. Payments & Fees

All prices are listed in Thai Baht (฿) and include applicable taxes where required. Payment is due in full at the time of enrollment unless an alternative arrangement has been communicated in writing by Logicraft.

Logicraft accepts payment through the methods displayed at checkout. We do not store payment card details on our servers — all transactions are handled by our payment processor.

Prices may change over time. Any price adjustments will not affect enrollments already confirmed and paid.

5. Refunds & Cancellations

If you wish to request a refund, please contact us within 7 calendar days of your enrollment date and before accessing more than 20% of the course content. Refund eligibility will be assessed on a case-by-case basis.

Refunds are not available for courses where a significant portion of content has been accessed, or where the refund window has passed. Partial refunds may be offered at Logicraft's discretion in circumstances outside the learner's control.

6. Platform Access

Enrolled learners receive access to course materials for the duration described on the course page. Logicraft endeavours to maintain platform availability but cannot provide assurance of uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues, or events outside our control.

You are responsible for maintaining a suitable internet connection and device to access course content. Minimum technical requirements are described in the course information pages.

7. Acceptable Use

When using the Logicraft platform and participating in community spaces, you agree to treat other learners, mentors, and staff with respect. The following are not permitted:

• Sharing, distributing, or reproducing course materials without written permission
• Using the platform to harass, intimidate, or harm other participants
• Submitting work that is not your own without proper attribution in assessed exercises
• Attempting to access parts of the platform you are not enrolled in
• Using the platform for any unlawful purpose

Logicraft reserves the right to suspend or remove access for accounts where these conditions are not upheld.

8. Intellectual Property

All course content — including videos, reading materials, exercises, datasets, and code examples — is the intellectual property of Logicraft or its content contributors. Enrollment grants you a personal, non-commercial licence to access and use this material for your own learning purposes only.

Work you produce as part of course exercises remains your own. By submitting work for review, you grant Logicraft a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of feedback and quality improvement.

9. Privacy

The collection and use of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. By using the platform, you also agree to our Cookie Policy. We handle data in accordance with Thailand's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA).

10. Disclaimers

Logicraft courses are educational in nature. The content is designed to build knowledge and practical skills in AI development. Nothing in our courses constitutes professional advice in any regulated field, and course completion does not confer any statutory qualification.

Learning outcomes vary depending on the effort, background, and goals of each individual. Logicraft makes no representations about specific outcomes resulting from course participation.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Logicraft's liability for any claim arising from the use of our platform or courses is limited to the amount paid by you for the relevant course.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, loss of access, or any other loss arising from the use or inability to use our platform, except where such liability cannot be excluded under Thai law.

12. Changes to Terms

Logicraft may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our courses, platform, or applicable regulations. When material changes are made, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and may notify enrolled learners via email.

Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
